Anahna is a platform connecting users with partner restaurants for ordering and delivering meals and groceries.

3. Use of the Service
You must be at least 18 years old or authorized by a legal representative to use Anahna.
You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating your account.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.

4. Orders and Payment
Prices are indicated in dirhams, all taxes included.
Payment can be made in cash (cash on delivery) or by bank card.
An order cannot be modified or canceled once confirmed, except in the case of a verified issue.

The buyer is fully responsible for the payment method used during the transaction. We cannot be held liable if a payment is made using a third party’s card or account without their authorization.

5. Delivery
Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on traffic conditions, weather, or demand.
Anahna cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third parties (restaurants, stores, or delivery partners).

6. Refunds and Cancellations
All orders are considered final. Cancellations may be accepted subject to approval. Refunds are granted only in the case of a verified technical error, duplicate payment, or under other circumstances at our sole discretion.

7. Liability
Anahna acts as an intermediary. Restaurants and stores are solely responsible for the quality of meals and groceries.
Anahna cannot be held liable for any indirect damage related to the use of the platform.

9. Account Suspension or Deletion
We reserve the right to suspend or delete an account in case of violation of these Terms or fraudulent use of the service.
